Product Quality: Managers of the company conduct pre-season training and extension services, and provide access to fertilizers, financing and road paving for farmers in their network. After the harvest, company staff screen, sort and pack the beans prior to export. Periodic laboratory batch testing is conducted on the beans, and only certified organic-grade fertilizers are permitted to be used.
